DELIVERY
Verified orders placed by 3pm UK time on a weekday will be mailed the same day. All orders received after that time will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent by 1st Class Airmail and most orders to the U.S. are usually received within 10-14 days. Sadly due to recent bad weather in some parts of the USA causing a backlog with mail and new security procedures implemented by the U.S. Homeland Security since November 2010 for all incoming mail, we are experiencing delays with all orders shipped to the U.S. Unfortunately the delays are beyond our control so please allow additional time for delivery before contacting us regarding lost or late deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
LOST PARCELS
Parcels will be considered as lost ONLY after they have been in transit for more than 28 days, but please notify us as soon as you are concerned that your shipment might be missing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If there is a fault with the goods you have ordered, Big Boys Pants will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided they are returned within 14 days in their original packaging and condition - that means unworn, unwashed and with all labels and packing bags intact.
RETURNS PERIOD & CHARGES
Maximum 14 days from date of order.
Please allow 10 days for delivery and acceptance of returned goods.
Big Boys Pants does not refund the cost of returning goods.
RETURNS NOTIFICATION
You can advise Big Boys Pants that you are returning goods by email via sales@bigboyspants.com
Please include the following details:
Your order number (find this at the top of your invoice).
The SKU code (product code - see invoice).
Reason for returning the goods.
Your name, address and a contact telephone number.

RETURNS PROCESS & INSURANCE
UK customers should return the goods via Royal Mail.
IMPORTANT - obtain a free Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters) so in the event of your parcel being lost in transit you will be able to claim for your losses against the post office. NOTE: a Certificate of Posting insures goods up to the value of £30 only. If your are returning goods of a higher value, please consider using the Royal Mail's Signed For or Special Delivery services.
International customers please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method, clearly marking your package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain shipping documentation so we can complete your refund if items are lost in transit.
Big Boys Pants will advise you by email as soon as we receive your returns and process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible - definitely no later than 14 days from receipt.
Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used to pay for the original order.
We will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.
Big Boys Pants cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
